It’s been on the list since April. Give me the address and it’s handled — windows, gutters, Christmas lights. I show up on the day I said, or the job’s free.

◆ Why Ethan's
◆ How it works
A minute on the form. Or call — I answer my own phone.
Same day, in writing. That’s the number on your invoice.
You get a text before I arrive and photos when it’s done.
You don’t take a day off. You don’t hold a ladder.
You don’t think about it again.
Outside only? You don’t need to be home at all.
I count the windows and give you an exact number in writing before I start — and that’s the number on your invoice. No deposit, no hourly surprises.
◆ Maintenance plan
Put your house on the schedule and I just show up — you never rebook, never chase me, never wonder when it was last done.

◆ About
I'm Ethan, owner and operator of Ethan's Window Cleaning. Born and raised right here in Fairfax, and still here, raising my own family a few miles from where I grew up.
I started this company to do one thing exceptionally well and to treat people the way I'd want my own family treated. No franchise, no call center, no crew I've never met.
Every window gets a second pass before I call it done. I don’t take shortcuts that could damage a home, and if something goes wrong I’ll tell you before you find it. I’d rather lose the job than burn a relationship. That’s what I mean by Ethan’s Standard — it’s five things I do on every single job, and you can hold me to all of them.
My name isn't the only one on this business — my wife's is, and my two-year-old daughter's is. That's a different kind of motivation than a franchise fee.
So give me a call. I'm local, I'm insured, and I actually pick up the phone.

Most exterior window cleans run $300–450. Inside and out is usually $500–700. Gutters start at $175 when I add them to a window cleaning — on their own there’s a $250 minimum, same as any standalone visit. I count the windows and give you an exact number in writing before I start — and that's the number on your invoice.
Yes. Storefront and small commercial glass is the same work as residential and I’m happy to quote it. Use the quote form or call — just mention it’s a business so I can look at frequency and access.
Not for the outside. I'll text before I arrive, do the work, and send you photos when it's done. For interiors I do need you to let me in — we'll walk the house together for ten minutes, then you're free to go.
A typical two-story colonial is about two to three hours for the exterior, or most of a morning if you want the insides done too. I'll give you a realistic window when I quote it.
Yes. Screens come out tagged so they go back in the window they came from, get washed separately, and the tracks get brushed before they're wiped. They're quoted separately from the glass — $6 per screen and $6 per track — so you can include them or skip them. I'll give you both numbers before I start.
Twice a year covers most houses around here — once after pollen season and once in the fall. If you're under heavy tree cover or on a busy road, quarterly keeps them genuinely clear rather than just less bad.
Yes — $1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate general liability. I'm happy to email you the certificate before I show up, and I'd suggest asking anyone else you're considering for theirs too.
The invoice hits your phone the minute I'm done and you can pay from it in two taps. No cash needed, no chasing, no paper.
Tell me before I leave and I'll fix it there and then. If you're still not happy, you don't pay. That's the whole policy.
